How it works

Choose the amount

From 50 to 2000 euros. You don’t have to choose the apartment or the dates: those are chosen by whoever receives it.

You pay and print it

As soon as the payment goes through the voucher appears, with the name of the person receiving it and your message. You can print it or save it as an image.

They book whenever they like

They enter the code in the booking form, or send it to us on WhatsApp, and the amount comes off the total.

Every rule

What you need to know

How much it is worth: From 50 to 2000 euros, chosen by you. The amount is what you pay: there are no issuing costs and no fees.
How long it lasts: Exactly two years from the day you buy it. The expiry date is printed on the voucher, and you can also read it from its link at any time.
Where it can be spent: In every Lucia Vacanze apartment, booking directly from this site or writing to us on WhatsApp. It does not work on the portals: if you book on Airbnb or Booking, the voucher cannot be used.
It can be used more than once: Yes. If you spend 200 euros of a 300-euro voucher, the other 100 stay on the voucher for next time, with the same code and the same expiry date.
Whoever holds it can spend it: The code is the voucher, like a banknote: whoever has it in hand can use it. Don’t publish it and don’t send it to anyone who shouldn’t have it. If you lose it, write to us: we can find it again from your name and your email.
A card is still needed: At least one euro is left to pay by card, even if the voucher would cover everything. It is needed because the card is the one the balance is charged to, if there is one: it is the same rule as for all our bookings.
It adds up with the points: Vouchers and Lucia Vacanze World points can be used on the same booking. A stay paid for with a voucher earns points like any other.
It cannot be exchanged for cash: The voucher is not refundable and cannot be converted into money. It is spent on stays, and that is the only thing it does.
If the booking is cancelled: Whatever you had paid with the voucher goes back onto the voucher, in the same proportion as the money refunded to your card under the booking terms. It is not lost simply because it was used.
The tourist tax: It is paid on arrival, in cash, and cannot be covered by the voucher: it is not our charge, the town council collects it.
