How it works

There's no account to create and no password to remember. We recognise you by the phone number you book with, the same one you use on WhatsApp. You don't have to do anything: the points simply arrive.

Tiers can't be bought: they're earned by coming back. You need the points e the stays — because someone who spends a lot once is a guest; someone who comes back eight times is family.

A card that arrives at your door
Reach Premium and you don't get a message: you get an envelope. Inside is your Lucia Vacanze World card, with your name on it.
It is proof that you came back eight times, and that we noticed.
The seven nights renew every year, for life: once you are Premium, you stay Premium. They apply in low season and subject to availability, and you pay nothing — not the stay, not the cleaning, not the tax. They do not apply at Christmas, New Year, in the February ski weeks or in mid-August: everybody wants those weeks, and we would rather be clear now than tell you later.

- How you earn them
- One euro spent is worth ten points, counted on the stay total, cleaning included. Not the tourist tax: that belongs to the council, not to us.
- When they arrive
- At the end of the stay, not when you book. If you cancel you don't get them — and you don't lose them, because they weren't there yet.
- What they're worth
- Ten thousand points are fifty euros. A thousand points, five euros. Always the same rate, for everyone, in every season.
- When they expire
- Never.
- How you spend them
- When you book. You choose whether to spend or keep them, every time. They come off the total before you pay, and you see them in the summary.
- Your tier never drops
- Your tier counts the points you have earned in total, not the ones you have left. Spending your points never sets you back.
- How you move up
- You need the points e the stays, both of them. Silver: 10,000 points and 1 stay. Gold: 60,000 and 5. Premium: 100,000 and 8. You cannot buy a tier by spending a lot once.
- Double points from Gold
- They apply from the stay after you reach Gold, not on the one that gets you there.
- The seven Premium nights
- One week every year, for life: Premium does not expire and is not lost. You pay nothing, not even the cleaning or the tourist tax. They apply in low season and subject to availability, and do not apply at Christmas, New Year, in the February ski weeks or in mid-August. They do not stack up: this year’s week is used this year. You ask for it at least thirty days ahead, by writing to us.
- Who you are
- We recognise you by the phone number you book with. To spend points we send you a code on WhatsApp: so nobody else can use them in your place, and nobody can find out how many you have.
- If we change anything
- Points already earned keep the value they had. New rules apply from the day we write them here, not before.

Yes. Points are earned and spent across all our homes, in the mountains and by the sea. A holiday in Folgarida can pay for one in Bayahibe.
What if I've already stayed with you?
The holidays you've already had with us count. When the programme starts, your points are already there: you don't begin from zero.
