You need the code we gave you when you booked (it starts with LV) and the email address you booked with. Here you can see your stay, the terms and, above all, how much you get back if you cancel today.

The terms, in plain words

• More than 7 days before arrival: we refund everything you've paid.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before: we keep 50% of the total stay. If you only paid the deposit and it is less than that, we ask you for nothing more.
• In the last 48 hours, or if you don't show up: there's no refund.

The refund goes out straight away to the same card you paid with. The bank takes 5 to 10 days to show it on your statement: that is their time, not ours.
